Five Year Plan (2020 2025)
By the end of 2025, an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of solid sodium cyanide, 50000 tons of formaldehyde, 20000 tons of hydroxyacetonitrile, 30000 tons of aniline based acetonitrile, 40000 tons of EDTA chelating agent, 40000 tons of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (sodium) and iron salts, 10000 tons of environmentally friendly gold selection agent, 10000 tons of cyanoacetate, 60000 tons of glycine, and 50000 tons of acetone cyanohydrin will be formed. The total new investment can reach 5 billion yuan, the new fixed assets investment is 4 billion yuan, the new gross industrial output value is 6 billion yuan, the annual new tax revenue is 500 million yuan, and nearly 4000 people are employed.

Ten Year Plan (2025-2035)
By the end of 2035, the total new investment in Jincheng Lingchuan Characteristic Industry Cluster will reach 10 billion yuan, the new fixed assets investment will be 6.2 billion yuan, the new output value of the cluster will be 800 million yuan, the new profits and taxes will be 600 million yuan, the new employment will be nearly 5000 people, and the surrounding logistics, catering, accommodation and other related employment will be driven to more than 15000 people.
